To redeem an Atlantis Bahamas Resort gift card, follow these steps:

Booking Your Stay:

Call Atlantis Reservations at 1-800-ATLANTIS (1-800-285-2684)
Inform the agent you would like to use your gift card as a form of payment.

Using the gift card at check-in (as a resort guest):</li>

Upon arrival at the resort, present your gift card at the front desk during check-in.
The value of the card will be applied toward your room stay, dining or eligible resort activities and amenities.
Using for Purchases throughout the Resort:

You can also use your gift card at participating restaurants, bars, and shops within Atlantis, as well as for activities like the spa, water park, and excursions.
Present the gift card to your dining server or retail associate.


Resort Associate:

Front desk redemption: Apply the value of the gift card to the guest folio through LMS
Retail/Restaurant redemption: Apply the value of the gift card to the guest purchase in InfoGenesis
