REFUNDS RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Gift Cards purchased through ShopRaise are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, No Refunds will be issued. If your order has not been processed [3] business days after your order was placed, ShopRaise will automatically initiate a request for a refund and will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a cancellation and refund of your order from the gift card issuing Merchant. Upon ShopRaise’s receipt of such refund, ShopRaise will provide you with a refund through the same means of payment that you used to order the Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless and to the extent required under applicable law, ShopRaise does not offer refunds for Product purchases.
