Visit the Gift Card Balance page, enter your 16-digit gift card number and PIN.

Where can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards are available for purchase online and in store at any Advance Auto Parts, Carquest Auto Parts, Kroger, Giant Eagle and Staples locations. You can also purchase them using the PayPal website.

What kind of gift cards are accepted?
You can use the following gift cards online and in store: Advance Auto Parts gift cards, Carquest Auto Parts gift cards, rebate cards and merchandise cards.

How many gift cards can I use on an online order?
Customers are limited to one gift card per online order.

Are there any exclusions on what I can purchase with my gift card?
Gift cards can be used toward the purchase of merchandise at any Advance Auto Parts or Carquest Auto Parts store in the United States and Puerto Rico. Exclusions include gift cards, tool rentals and payments on any charge account. Gift cards may also not be applied to previous purchases or returns.

When I purchase a gift card online, will I receive a digital gift card or a physical gift card?
Customers will receive a physical gift card by mail when they purchase a gift card online.

Can online gift cards be reloaded?
Yes, gift cards can be reloaded. If you have a gift card, you can go into any Advance Auto Parts or Carquest Auto Parts store and reload an amount between $5 - $500.

How do gift card payments and returns work?
An Advance Auto Parts gift card can be used to purchase in store and online. If you need to make a return on an item purchased with a gift card, the refund amount will be added back to the original gift card. If you no longer have the original gift card, you will receive an email with the gift card number and PIN.

Are gift card payments accepted on the mobile app?
Currently, gift card payments are not accepted on the mobile app. Advance Auto Parts will inform customers if this changes.

How do I use an Advance Auto Parts gift card online?
When you reach payment options at checkout, select the "Advance Auto Parts Gift Card" option. Enter your prepaid gift card number and PIN. Your available gift card funds will be applied toward your purchase. You can also check your gift card balance at this time.

Gift card is redeemable at participating Advance Auto Parts Store and online at advanceautoparts.com.
